Which actions taken by prospective coaching clients consume credits?

The following actions consume credits:

  • Website Referral: When a coaching client who clicks the link to your personal website (off of, you consume credits.
  • Phone Number Reveal: When a coaching client who clicks a link to reveal your office phone number, you consume credits.
  • Direct Email: When a coaching client contacts you by sending you an email, you consume credits.


How many credits do these activities consume?

Can I see prospective client activity on my account?

Yes, when you log into your account, you can see all client activity on your account, including matches, profile views, website referrals, phone referrals and emails.

How do you automatically replenish my credits?

When you become a member of, you purchase credits.  As a member of, you will be matched with prospective clients as long as you have available credits in your account. Once your credits are depleted, we will automatically replenish your account with the same amount of credits at the same cost per credit as when you became a member.  For example, if you joined with 100 credits for $25.00 ($0.25 per credit), then your account will be replenished with another 100 credits for $25.00.  To complete this transaction, we automatically charge your credit card or PayPal account.


Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account any time by logging into your account and clicking on the “Cancel My Account” button.


Will I get a refund for any unused credits when I cancel my account?

Yes, we will refund you for any unused credits in your account upon cancellation.
